Nurturing your toddlers development

As toddlers start to communicate their interests, share their ideas and connect with other children, they develop self-identity and awareness of the world around them. They learn to communicate their thoughts, emotions and intentions.  They learn the impact their actions and behaviours can have on others, and how to participate in learning opportunities. Toddlers learn best through play, supported by gentle interactions with educators and other children. Our educators in the toddler rooms reflect on each child’s unique interests and provide opportunities for children to contribute to their own learning and development through play-based activities and participation in daily routines.

Quality care for your toddler

At canopy Early Education, we provide a high-quality learning program for toddlers, setting the foundation for preschool with the Early Years Learning Framework. Our toddler rooms cater to children aged 2 to 3 years, fostering resilience, independence, and emotional regulation in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating day care environment. We enhance language, cognitive, and physical skills through engaging activities such as singing, reading, dancing, art, and recognition games, all while promoting self-help skills in a fun, play-based setting.

Our experienced educators support toddler children and families in beautiful indoor and outdoor play spaces that spark imagination and foster social skills using positive guidance strategies.

Engaging families in learning

We believe in working closely with families to create the best day care for toddlers in a welcoming and secure environment. We share information with families for each child through the Kinder M8 parent app. Families can view photos and videos, comment on learning experiences, communicate with educators, and extend their children’s learning at home, ensuring they stay connected and involved in their child’s development.
