Conor Anderson

Conor Anderson’s passion for working with children began at the age of 16 when he took on the role of an indoor soccer coach for under-10s. This experience sparked his interest in childcare, leading him to pursue a career in the field at 18 to further develop his skills and abilities in supporting children.
With nine years of experience in the childcare sector, spanning Early Learning to Outside School Hours Care, Conor’s dedication to community connections and inspiring other men in the industry has grown. He aims to demonstrate and inspire that men can play a vital role in early childhood education.
Mandy
ADMINISTRATION OFFICEr dakabin
Mandy is Diploma qualified with over 20 years of childcare experience. With two children of her own who attended long day care when they were younger, she understands the importance of knowing and trusting the team that are caring for your child. Mandy believes every child has the right to grow and learn in a happy, safe, nurturing, and fun environment. Children should be kept safe and treated with care and respect, whether in care or at home. They should have opportunities to learn, develop a sense of belonging, and acquire social skills. Mandy emphasizes that each child is unique and must be treated equally, regardless of ability, social, or cultural background.
